-0.2.1α版辺りまでと1.0RC版のDedi鯖ですがそのままの設定で建てると他のプレイヤーは入れますが自分がローカルから入れなくなりました。その場合、TCPとUDPとの番号を一致（9000～10000まで）させると上手く入れるようになりました。ご参考になれば幸いです。

TCP/UDP should be the SAME port # and HTTP should be 8080 and so on.
